The Association of Medical Laboratory Scientists of Nigeria (AMLSN) is hosting an International Conference on Global Health Security (GHS) in Abuja, Nigeria. The conference is tagged, “Capital City 2019” with the theme “Global Health Security: the Medical Laboratory Agenda for sub-Saharan Africa”.
The conference is scheduled to hold from September 2 – 5, 2019, at the prestigious International Conference Centre (ICC) Abuja, with an estimated five thousand (5000) Medical Laboratory Scientists, Public and Global Health Experts, Pathologists, Agricultural Scientists, Security Experts, Policy Makers, Academia, and Civil Society Organizations.
To this end, the Association is seeking the services of a reputable Event Manager to manage conference
activities for the period of the conference.
The conference will attract both local and international participants.
The term of reference (TOR) includes but not limited to:
- Liaising closely with the National Organizing Committee to plan and execute the conference.
- Ensuring that all computer systems, public address systems, projectors, electronic display boards and other equipment required for registration, presentations and adverts are available and functional.
- Your creative initiative will be an added advantage.
Your rich proposal could form the basis for a contract agreement between your organization and AMLSN.
